Job Description:
Due to business growth in Minnehaha and Lincoln Counties, an Aflac Associate/benefits coordinator is needed. This is a business to business sales opportunity marketing Aflac employee benefits through small to medium size businesses. Over 82% of the market is available in this area. Pay is performance based with an average first year associate earning +39,300 in 2006. The top 50-120 associates in SD/ND earned in excess of $160,300 in 2006. Aflac is a world wide leader in voluntary employee benefits and is a Fortune 200 company.
Requirements:
Applicant must be able to get a SD insurance license and hold a drivers license. Aflac Regional Coordinator is looking for applicants with integrity, good communication skills, customer service & time management skills necessary. Self driven and goal oriented a definate plus. Applicant must be willing to be trained.
