• Control on-air programming; record program feeds.
• Prepare airplay log/programming/commercial material for air.
• Assist in live broadcasts in control room and studio.
• Monitor local and remote fiber, microwave and transmitters systems. 
• Ensure quality of pre-recorded programs and commercials.

Hours:  10pm Friday-8:30am Saturday & 10pm Saturday-8:30am Sunday. 

Hours are consistently scheduled, but employees should expect to work other hours periodically. 
Other duties as assigned by operations manager or senior master control operator. 

To perform this job successfully, and individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily.  Individual must have good communication skills; an understanding of television broadcast equipment; mobility and capability to operate equipment; ability to operate Windows computers and learn industry software; ability to handle multiple tasks in pressure situations.  If you are a technically-minded person with the ability to work independently, and you have the confidence to work with a superb crew, consider working for KELOLAND! 

Applicant should have completed high school.  Candidates must have prior experience in the television industry.  Desire and ability to learn multiple broadcast systems is extremely important.  This is an excellent opportunity for individuals desiring a unique part-time position.
