Description:
Lift Solutions Inc, a family owned material handling distributor, has immediate openings for service technicians in Sioux Falls.
We are seeking candidates with experience in the forklift, electrical, automotive, or mechanical fields. We also have trainee programs available for candidates lacking experience but possessing a mechanical aptitude and are willing to learn our industry. We provide on the job training, and are looking for people who are interested in a career with a rapidly growing service provider.

Requirements:
Physical Requirements
Per 8-hour shift, must be able to sit 2 hours, stand 5 hours, walk 1 hour, see, talk, and hear. Must be able to frequently keyboard, use a mouse, and grip/grasp. Must be able to frequently lift/carry/push/pull up to 50 lbs., bend/stoop/twist, squat, reach below knee level, work with arm outstretched, and work above chest level. Must be able to occasionally lift/carry/push/pull up to 100 lbs., reach above shoulder level, climb stairs, climb ladders, torque, use vibratory tools and pinch grip. Must be able to safely operate lift trucks and vehicles/service vans. Must have good binocular vision. Ability to distinguish colors preferred. Possible exposure to hot and cold temperatures, dust, solvents, fuels, battery acid and noise pollution.
Minimum Qualifications
This position requires a high school diploma along with prior related experience. A valid driver license is required as well as good communication and interpersonal skills. Technical repair knowledge is necessary.
