Position Overview for Senior Customer Service Representative
* Respond to in-bound calls from auto insurance adjusters and vehicle owners requesting additional data be added to their initial vehicle valuation request and provide explanation of valuation methodology
* In addition to responding to in-bound calls, this position also assists with vehicle valuations and quality assurance
* Selected candidate(s) will be trained as a Vehicle Valuation Specialist and perform this function for a minimum of four months before responding to calls
Compensation & Benefits
* $33,000 per year with pay-for-performance merit increases

Requirements for this position include strong communication skills with an ability to demonstrate negotiation skills, excellent mathematical/analytical and problem solving skills, effective organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task and communicate effectively.
