An upscale limited service property is now hiring a Part Time Front Desk Agent who can work approximately 30-40 hours per week. The shift we are hiring for is primarily 3pm - 11pm. Applicants must be available to work weekends. Previous experience is preferred, but not required. Our employees must be able to provide top notch customer service to ensure that guests are taken care of by delivering a guest experience that is unique and brings the brand to life.
Responsibilities include some of the following:
*Take reservations over the phone.
*Handle confidential information.
*Check guests in and out.
*Record information during shift in the daily log book and shuttle log.
*Provide local knowledge of Sioux Falls and directions.
*Posess superior customer service skills
*Solve problems in a timely manner.
*Follow company policies.
*Team work to create positive team spirit.
*Time management by using time efficiently.
*Be professional by treating others with respect.
*Demonstrates quality, accuracy and thoroughness.
*Be able to deal with frequent change, delays or unexpected events.
