DESCRIPTION
StarMark/Fieldstone is a leading manufacturer of semi-custom and custom kitchen and bath cabinetry, with over 36 years of experience. StarMark/Fieldstone is a top 25 employer in the Sioux Falls area and the 11th largest manufacturer in the state. We are looking to add a highly motivated individual to our Customer Service Team. Customer Service Representatives prepare orders for data entry, contact customers to resolve any questions on orders, check customer layouts for errors, and data entry. Will also produce frame drawings. Must be able to problem solve and come up with alternative ideas and handle incoming calls from customers.
REQUIREMENTS
Product knowledge, excellent oral, written and telephone communication skills, courteous and friendly phone voice, attention to detail, 10-key and AS400 experience. EOE/AA
