Description:
Responsibilities include assisting new and existing customers in the selection and purchase of products and services. Performance duties include: to effectively communicate /sell products and to exceed customer service expectations. Be able to professionally demonstrate feature functionality, billing procedures and equipment usage to each customer. Proactively, following-up with customer post-sales to guarantee product and customer satisfaction. Effectively process customer bill payments and answer basic customer service questions. Make outbound calls for customer follow-up and prospecting opportunities, maintain clean retail work area, effectively perform back office duties including inventory and repair, accessory stock, shipping and receiving of repairs with third party vendor and basic handset repairs and/or system upgrades.
Requirements:
Strong communication skills, aptitude to learn communication products and services, ability to work independently without close supervision, self-motivation to achieve targets needed to attain monthly goals, flexibility with work hours, good decision making skills, ability to provide high levels of customer service, ability to interact positively with customers to offer sales solutions for communication needs and ability to reconcile/balance cash registers.
**Flexibility with work hours and ability to work weekends required.
**Excellent understanding of retail sales, distribution and merchandising plans. Continued employment is contingent upon successful completion of the Pro Cellular training process.
**Wireless communication, related sales or management experience is a plus.
** Understanding of and experience in utilizing wireless carrier software and systems is a valuable asset. Preferred candidate would possess strong computer skills and technical mindset.
**Post High school education preferred with an emphasis in sales and marketing or equivalent sales/management training.
**Bilingual skills would be a great asset.
