Knology is currently seeking an Outbound Sales Rep for our Sioux Falls Call Center. This position is responsible for handling outbound sales related calls to prospective customers and to present add-on and upgrade services to current customers. Processes orders and coordinates with other departments as appropriate to ensure establishment of services. Responsible for keeping up with and adhering to process changes and improvements.
Requirements:
Qualifications: High School diploma or GED required. Two years telemarketing sales experience is preferred. Must be able to consistently communicate with others in a courteous and effective manner. PC skills desired include wordprocessing and spreadsheet skills. Must be able to appropriately operate other standard office equipment such as calculator, copy machines, fax machines, etc.
