Busy,profitable RV dealership has more service business than present staff can accomplish. We need help with fiberglas bodywork, engine repair, air conditioner installation/repair, house/body reconditioning, etc. Our ideal candidate will be experienced in all or many aspects of RV repair and reconditioning and be RVDA Certified. Others who are experienced technicians but not certified will be considered. Dealer pays for training, and pays technicians DURING training. Dealer also contributes toward certification. Excellent benefits provided, including paid health insurance. Pay will depend upon abilities and experience.
Some duties of the RV Technician are:
Diagnose, replace and repair RV components, structures, and parts.
Order parts for repairs in progress.
Keep track of parts and materials used in repaisr or replacements.
Customize RV equipment in accordance with repair tickets.
Troubleshoot equipment on RV’s.
Monitor operation of newly installed equipment.
Maintains a safe work area for self, customers, and coworkers.
Participate fully in offered training.
Provide best-in-class customer service.
Follow prescribed guidelines for securing customers’ RV’s.Communicate effectively with shop foreman and Service Manager to keep customers apprised of progress.
Demonstrate operation of newly installed equipment.
