*Ability to prioritize, organize, follow directions, and work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team while performing job functions with attention to detail, speed and accuracy.
Cooks responsibilities also include:
*Knowledge of practices of food preparation, kitchen equipment and safety.
*Follow recipes, portion controls and presentation specifications.
*Ability to multi-task.
*This position will require you to be on your feet for long periods of time with occasional environmental exposures to cold, heat and water. Must also be able to transport up to 50 pounds on occasion and up to 35 pounds regularly.
*Ability to be organized and prepare all food items for the line during assigned work hours.
*Perform other duties as requested by the General Manager.
