Position Description: The primary goal of telephone agents is to reveal product benefits to meet customers' needs resulting in customer retention and product sales. Additionally, they can earn more money for themselves by generating more revenue for the business. Training in specific product lines is provided.
All shifts are Monday - Friday with rotating Saturdays.
We are hiring for a variety of full-time and part-time shifts.

Requirements:
Desired Skills:
• Customer service experience
• Sales or retail experience
• GED / High school diploma required
• Some college helpful
• Good basic computer skills
• Proficient in email and internet usage
• Excellent communication skills (e.g., word usage, enunciation, vocal inflection)
• Secondary language (not required)
