CCC is currently seeking MULTIPLE candidates for the following position:

Customer Service Rep (Entry Level)


  • Answer in-bound calls from auto insurance adjusters requesting the value of a vehicle
  • Enter data about insured/claimant vehicles into CCC's system

Compensation & Benefits Plan


  • $11.50 hr
  • Pay for performance merit increases

Requirements:

  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years prior service industry experience

  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task,

  • Basic computer skills

  • Effective communication skills that "Wows" each of CCC customers.
