Requirements:
In order to be considered, you must meet the following criteria:
- Experience of 2+ years as a general manager of a full service restaurant/bar
- Experience in creating, leading, and training a team
- Must have the ability to hold others accountable, control cost, and maintain high standards, while creatinga positive and fun culture and work environment
- Must have thorough knowledge of the P&L and be able to effectively manage all cost
- Be able to be flexible, think on your feet, and understand your own strengths and weaknesses for the good of the restaurant
- Must be confident, yet coachable and able to listen
- Be able to provide "solid" references and a resume that shows history of solid tenure & career growth
- The desire to begin a career and grow with us!
