Description:
Provide timely and accurate customer service via the telephone (inbound and outbound calls), letter and email; and timely and accurate processing/reviewing of Agent appointment applications, activations and terminations to ensure service standards are achieved.
Requirements:
• High school diploma (or equivalency) required (college degree preferred)
• 1-2 years Insurance background or 2+ years of customer service
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of a PC and Microsoft Office products
• Above average typing
• Good problem solving skills
• Organizational and prioritization skills
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work efficiently and independently
• Ability to adapt to frequent change
• Ability to work periodic overtime, sometimes with relatively short notice
