Description:
Southwestern Youth Services in Magnolia, MN is seeking a full-time Case Manager to work with adolescent male youth in a residential setting. Duties include: written monthly reports, conduct daily group meetings, counsel youth through difficult times, communicate with parents, guardians, probation officers, social workers, etc., attend occasional court hearings, directly supervise 3+ employees, and write employee evaluations.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 1p-9p (there is some flexibility with these hours), on-call weekends every 6 weeks, holidays off. Salaried position based on experience, qualifications, etc. Benefits include: 75% pd health insurance, 100% pd life insurace and short-term disability, 401K retirement plan, paid holidays

Requirements:
4 year degree in criminal justice, social work, or related field OR 2 year degree in related field + 2 years experience.
