Description:
An HR/Recruiting Coordinator is needed for a growing Sioux Falls Business.
Business has quick upward growth potential and is growing throughout the Midweat each year.
Job will include the following tasks:
Recruiting candidates for open positions with multiple companies.
Running help wanted ads in various online and print media sources
Multi-Tasking and keeping an ongoing business log of activity.
Mailing and emailing marketing materials to various Sioux Falls businesses.
Keeping in touch with current clients and helping to fill their open positions.
Conducting interviews with many different types of people and dealing with PEOPLE PROBLEMS!!!
Must be customer service driven, unafraid to conduct B2B sales and other acitivities with businesses, and handle frustration.
Looking for someone who is a quick learner and very reliable.
Experience doesn't matter as much as drive and willingness to start a lasting career.

Requirements:
Must be able to stay professional at all times and be able to handle many different office tasks.
Must be able to conduct business with other businesses and create new opportunities with current clients.
Ability to do sales or drive to do sales is a plus, but not required.
Must be able to be reliable and learn on the fly as well as learn quickly.
