Description:
Salon Manager position available at Great Clips in Watertown. This is a management position that supervises 6-8 stylists. Position will entail recruitment, staff development, daily salon operations and scheduling. $500 sign on bonus. Starting hourly wage is $11-$12 per hour plus many monthly bonus opportunities. Full benefit package which includes health insurance, vacation, paid holidays. Must be flexible and willing to work nights and weekends and peak promotions. Full-time 40-45 hours/week. Requirements:
Applicant must have 2+ years of management experience. Must be willing to work nights and weekends. Excellent technical skills, customer service skills, employee relations, and communication skills. This position reports to the GM for the organization. Professional appearance and conduct is a must. This position works along side the stylists that are supervised at the salon. Must be SD licensed.
