The successful candidate should have a minimum of 5 years lending experience; agriculture background; strong interpersonal skills; commitment and enthusiasm for community banking and be a team player.
This position’s responsibilities include: identify, pursue and develop potential agricultural loan customers; prepare and present loan requests; perform farm inspections, maintain documentation and loan files, cash flows and farm plans; represent and promote a positive image of the bank through involvement and participation in the community.
