*Have established practical experience of food production and preparation methods.
*Maintain food production methods.
*Maintain kitchen equipment and utensil operation with minimal supervision.
*Follow established recipe and menu guidelines.
*Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation daily.
*Cleaning of all kitchen equipment daily.
Requirements:
*Prior restaurant cooking experience required.
*Ability to obtain a license through the Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission, which is arranged by Grand Falls upon offer of employment.
