Description:
Summary
The steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen and kitchen equipment. The position is specifically responsible for sanitation and ware-washing of all kitchen equipment, china, glass, silver, kitchen pots, pans and utensils used in all food and beverage outlets.
Essential Functions
•Provides exceptional guest service to all customers.
•Maintain a high level of cleanliness and sanitation daily.
•Cleaning of all kitchen equipment daily.
•Cleaning and caring for the proper use of the dishwashing and pot sink machinery.
•Cleaning any satellite stations or equipment.
•Performing other duties as directed by management.
