Summary
Greet guests and encourage club membership by emphasizing benefits. Help create exciting environment for guests entertainment by promoting events and company programs.
Essential Functions
•Provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external customers.
•Greet guests immediately upon approaching club desk
•Create customer club account in computer system.
•Ensure database integrity with accurate data input, correct information when necessary
•Provide company policy, program and promotion rules to guests.
•Sell company products (food outlets, gift shop, entertainment, etc.) to guests
•Participate in giveaways and drawings by distributing entries, encouraging guests to participate and/or performing drawing or announcements
•Monitor casino floor for card usage, encourage card usage with benefits
•Read and understand all marketing programs and promotions to accurately explain to external and internal guests.
•Maintain confidentiality of all data including but not limited to customer and company records
•Follows proper department uniform, appearance and grooming standards
•Attends all company required training.
•Complies with Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Rules and Regulations and any other local, state, or federal guidelines.
•Meets company attendance requirements
•May be required to work days, nights, weekends and holidays
