Description:
Booming Agricultural Parts and Machinery Exporter is searching for a driven person that can handle parts ordering, quoting, and distribution for nation wide and overseas exports.
Person needs to be a self starter, driven, and able to work under low supervision.
Job Duties Include:
• Coordinate the sales process from initial quoting to securing product to shipping to customer
• Parts quoting for customers using internal systems and Excel files
• Interact with suppliers and customers regarding order status
Building vendor relationships is very important in this position.
Must be able to coordinate with inside and outside parties to make sure orders run smoothly through the company.
Also must be very comfortable with the computer and be able to handle multiple emails at any given moment.

Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm
$35,000 - $40,000 to start

Requirements:
Must be a great communicator and problem solver and able to handle overseas clients.
Must be a multi-tasker who is organized and can assistant the manager with daily warehouse operations.
Past Automotive or Agricultural Parts experience is a plus, but not required. Willing to train the right person.
Must be reliable and able to see the big picture!
