Own your desk and become the new addition to our company as our Sales Service and Repair Rep! We are looking for a unique individual; someone with a strong background in sales, as well as a drive to be physical and mechanical in their job. The right candidate for this career will be in charge of running a territory that involves the sales of high quality and in demand flag poles and flags. This person will also be responsible for the repair and installation of product. The majority of this position is within 100 miles of Sioux Falls.
Duties include making contact with all prior year accounts and continuing sales with them while constantly prospecting for new accounts both locally, regionally and nationally. Additional duties to include billing out clients at the time of delivery of product. We return all phone calls same day and get quotes out in 24 hours or less.
This is a team position and our entire team will assist with training for the first month and ongoing training thereafter. 45-50 hours per week Monday-Friday. This is a Career Position with NO overnights.
Not looking for someone to fill the job, but rather in recruiting someone that wants to build their career.
Requirements:
MUST HAVE:
• 5 years of sales experience in this or related industry.
• Able to lift up to 40lbs +
• Must have a clean driving record
• Strong will to succeed.
• High school diploma or GED, but college or technical training is preferred.
• Great communication and organizational skills as well as attention to detail.
• Computer skills are required for this position.
• Understand gross and net profit margins.
• A high level of reading, writing and speaking abilities.
• Common sense and problem solving abilities.
• Experience in growing sales within a territory.
