Description:
Sioux Falls Upscale Hotel is looking for someone to pioneer their new Food & Beverage Program.
Job would entail being in control of all aspects of Hotels New Liquor, Beer, and Wine Bar, as well as new menu items and re-vamped kitchen.
Job would require spearheading new program and pushing the food and beverage outlets. Would also require working the banquets for the new hotel and adding lunches and dinners.
Person would oversee the whole food and beverage program and all bartenders, chefs, and servers would report to this person.
Shifts would vary and probably end around 7 or 8pm.
Need to be there during lunch and dinner hours.
$30,000 to start but will rise from there once program is running smoothly.

Requirements:
Must have past experience in food and beverage.
Must be a strong, driven person, who can make this new program successful for the hotel.
Must be able to manage people and put together buffets and other banquets for larger groups.
Must have some sales background and be goal oriented.
