Description:
Plastic Injection Molding Company is looking for a hardworking person to join their team.
They are looking for a tooling technician for their plastic injection machines and are willing to train the right candidate.
This is a full time career opportunity and the right person will be learning a great trade.
Must be available for varying shifts
Compensation DOE.

Requirements:
To be considered for this position, the ideal candidate must possess the following qualities and be able to be trained to perform the following duties:
oStrong mechanical aptitude necessary.
oWell trained in using hand tools.
oWorking knowledge of power tools.
oAble to work in a plant environment.
oAbility to work independently and unsupervised if required.
oMUST get along with other people well.
oBe able to follow orders and complete projects with limited supervision.
oWork directly with Production and Tooling Supervisor(s) to determine daily priorities needed on tooling requirements, maintenance schedules and procedures for both special tooling and basic production.
oPerform mold changes and tooling conversions.
oInspect, clean and maintain molds and tooling subsequent to each production run.
oMaintain an orderly work area and help sustain a clean and organized production floor.
oRecognize operating irregularities and machine malfunctions and notify designated person or supervisor.
oAble to work overtime and multiple shifts.
oComplete required reports and documentation for production and quality departments
Have to have clean background and pass a drug test.
