Description:
HOURS: Full-time position including days, late afternoons, and possible weekends.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Supervising cooks and kitchen staff.
•Manage inventory.
•Promoting positive work environment and team building.
•Conduct employee reviews and evaluations.
•Scheduling kitchen staff.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
•ServSafe Certified or willing to become certified.
•Familiar with federal requirements for the National School Breakfast and National School Lunch Programs.
•Minimum of five years cooking experience and minimum of three years supervisory experience.
•Willingness to submit to record checks to detect criminal convictions of behavior harmful towards children, spousal abuse, distributing drugs or sex crimes.
•Must have a high school diploma.
•Must be a minimum of 21 years of age.
