Description:
We have an immediate opening for a Client Service Representative (CSR). The CSR is the responsible for coordinating and maintaining schedules for staff and clients. The CSR will answer all incoming calls and direct to the appropriate person, greet and assist visitors, and complete other tasks as requested or required.
Requirements:
The CRS candidate will have:
• Excellent customer service skills
• HS Diploma or GED
• College degree preferred
• Prior scheduling experience preferred
• Computer skills including but not limited to MS Office
• Great interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Maturity and ability to deal effectively with the demands of the position
• Attention to detail
• Problem solver, planner and multi-tasker
