Esurance is growing! And we’re searching for enthusiastic, hardworking, and driven Inside Sales Representatives and Multi Line Agents to join our team in Sioux Falls, SD
Once you complete our paid training and insurance licensing program and pass your state licensing exam, we’ll coach you to sell our exceptional line of insurance products, achieve sales goals, and earn monthly incentive bonuses.

The Inside Sales Representative duties may include but aren’t limited to:
• Receiving qualified inbound sales leads and turning them into sales.
• Cross-selling additional insurance products
• Educating customers and helping them buy the right coverage
• Learning new products / systems
• Being driven to exceed goals
• Being willing to mentor peers to help them succeed
Requirements:
Job Requirements
• One or more years of sales experience preferred
• Basic MS Office knowledge, computer software and Internet proficiency
• Team-oriented, adaptable, coachable, dependable
• Prior insurance experience (a plus)
• High school diploma or equivalent work experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
