Warehouse-Operations Manager

• The company understands the value of their employees; therefore, this position will start with a competitive base of $65,000 - $80,000 in addition to bonuses totaling up to 20%.

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
• Supervise a small staff in a distributing center for a large company, while managing orders and inventory.
• Ensure that your department is meeting the goals of business in regards to production, safety, and quality.
• Responsible for staff scheduling, play a key role in hiring of employees, and providing disciplinary actions.
• Prepare necessary reports and assist in setting department budgets.
Requirements:
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 3+ years of experience distributing or manufacturing experience.
• Safety experience.
• Should possess strong organization, problem solving, and leadership skills.
