HR Generalist

THE ROLE YOU WILL PLAY:
As a valued member of the management team, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the HR department. Responsible for the hiring process, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions for hourly employees. Maintain employee records and manage the filings of activities of employees. Responsible for compliance with federal and state regulations. Organize training sessions regarding safety, leadership training, etc.
Requirements:
BACKGROUND PROFILE:
•Bachelors Degree in Business/HR.
•Or equivalent related experience.
•Experience in Microsoft Office
•Excellent organizational and communication skills.
