Description:
This position will supervise, direct and coordinate activities of staff engaged in settlements, budget, feasibility studies, performance analysis and systems development. Further, this position will monitor and provide telecommunication analysis of Swiftel, Sprint PCS, and other BMU business data for management use.
Potential candidates must demonstrate proficiency and working knowledge of accounting principles and government accounting. Knowledge of and the ability to learn and interpret municipal utility funds rules and regulations and telephone state and federal regulations. Experience preparing business case models and reports on proposed new products and projects. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, economics or business administration.
