Description:
Two Upscale Hotels in Sioux Falls are looking for experienced Maintenance Personnel.

Job Duties would include, but are not limited to:
Respond to Emergency safety situations such as; Fire Alarms, floor spills, property snow removal, water leaks, pool concerns, etc.
Perform all emergency & safety inspections to ensure compliance with brand standards, local, state and federal codes.
All preventative maintenance on the facilities, including PM on Pools to Manufactuerers Standards.
In short, some electrical, plumbing, safety checks, and preventative maintenance will be involved in the position.
Two Shifts that may rotate:
8:00pm - 5:00pm
12:00pm - 8:00pm
$11.50/HR to start for first 90 days. $11.75/hr after 90.

Requirements:
Must be a very reliable person with great mechanical skills.
A jack of all trades if you will.
Position will include 5 evening or morning shifts per week for a total of 40 hours.
Schedule includes rotating weekends and holidays. Need basic mechanical, plumbing, pool, and electrical knowledge.
Must be insurable licensed driver and able to lift up to 50lb.
Responsible, self-directed with good customer service skills.
