Beds & Beds is a locally owned and operated company that has been in Sioux Falls for six years. We’ve had double digit growth every year to date and have no intention of slowing down. We have two retail locations in town one on the East side and one on the West. We are one of the largest sellers of mattresses in Sioux Falls. We carry several brands including Tempur-Pedic and Simmons Beautyrest. We’re currently seeking motivated people to add to our retail sales staff.
A good candidate is someone with a good personality and a good attitude. We pride ourselves on always having a positive working environment, so a good attitude is a must. No experience is required; however previous sales experience is preferred. If you’re a confident person who likes talking to people and is looking for a career, this is a job for you.
Requirements:
-This position is for inside sales, we’ll bring them in and you just have to close them.
-Base salary
-Plus commission
-Plus two weeks paid vacation in your first year
-Plus health insurance
-Plus monthly profit share IN ADDITION to your salary and commission
-Plus automatic raise at 6 months, 1 year, 2 year, and 3rd year of employment
-Plus increase in vacation days at 1 year and 3rd year of employment
-A good sales person should make $45,000 to $50,000 in their first year and increase in year two and three.
