Next training class starts 10/29/2012 Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm for four weeks. After training we are looking for full-time candidates who are available for the following schedule:
We have two different shifts we are staffing for. We have a Mon-Fri shift with Sat & Sun off from 1:30pm- 10:00pm. We also have a morning shift that is 9:30am-6:00pm with either a Tues & Wed off or a Wed & Thurs off.

This position answers inbound customer calls, researches and resolves customer service questions, inquiries, requests and problems in an accurate and timely manner. The position also provides a high level of customer service in accordance with policies and guidelines set by the company, effectively analyzes every situation and determines an appropriate solution and response. These individuals take ownership of customer concerns and strive to be the primary connection between the customer and our organization.
As an Inbound Call Center Agent, you would:
•Make every customer feel valued.
•Help to research, analyze and resolve account issues.
•Learn about banking products, procedures and regulations.
•High school graduate or equivalent, working toward 2 or 4-year college degree preferred
•9 months experience providing customer service or in a customer contact position
•12+ months prior customer service experience preferred
•Demonstrated communication and organizational skills
•Ability to prioritize work
•PC keyboarding and Internet experience needed

•Agent incentives could be up to an EXTRA $400/month.
•TCF offers 16 days PTO that are prorated for the first year of employment.
