Responsibilities include being the Executive Directors right hand in all employee related functions. Individual responsibilities are recruiting, training, benefits and compensation, performance assessments, interviewing, EEO, safety, salary surveys, payroll and new employee orientation. Requires excellent communications and interpersonal skills and the ability to interrelate effectively and professionally with all levels of staff, individually and in group settings. Effective problem solving and decision making. Strong attention to detail with a high level of organization and an ability to handle multiple responsibilities, manage projects and meet deadlines. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and a willingness to travel are required. Knowledge of state and federal law compliance. Salary DOEQ plus benefits to be explained at the interview. Degree preferred in Human Resources / Employee Relations experience. Preference given to qualified Indian applicants. Proof of Indian blood must be included with application and/or resume.
