PART-TIME SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
Job Description
EXB is currently expanding and seeking a friendly and outgoing Part-Time Sales & Customer Service Specialist. The selected individual will be responsible for assisting PROM & Pageant, Mother of the Brides, Brides & bridal party as well as all other accessories. Ability to be promoted to manager position available.
Duties
• The selected individual will be responsible for assisting Prom and Pageant girls along with Brides, bridesmaids, flower girl, and mother of the bride dresses as well as all other accessories.
• Measure customers and recommend which size to order based on their body measurements, fit of the dress, and potential alteration requirements.
• The ideal candidate should be friendly and outgoing with strong interpersonal skills.
• Providing a fun yet professional customer service experience.
• Use computerized cash register for all sales transactions.
• Answer telephone, provide scheduling needs and email customer enquires.
• General administrative duties.
• Various inventory duties.
• Enter special order dresses into computerized order system & various other computer related tasks.
• Assist with the opening and closing of the store.

Requirements:
Qualifications
• The ideal candidate should be friendly and outgoing with strong interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 1 to 2 years retail sales experience.
• The ideal candidate should be organized and able to multi task in a high paced environment.
• Fun yet professional personality preferred.
• Fluent computer skills a plus.
• Willing to work flexible hours including week nights, weekdays, weekends, store openings & closings.
