Requirements:
Position Responsibilities
Directs and oversees all functions of the facility including developing and implementing policy*
Maintain a safe and functional operating environment
Monitor daily operations
Prepare and managing the budget/fund expenditures
Marketing strategies
Invoices, Supplies, Vendor requirements
Maintain the facility
Retain overall responsibility for the staff
And all other duties as assigned
*Corporate Training Provided
Qualifications
Minimum education; Bachelor’s Degree
Prior facility/personnel management
Business budget experience strongly preferred
Risk Management experience
Ability to work nights/weekends
