•Ability to manage store operations independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment; able to manage multiple situations simultaneously
•Ability to manage resources ensuring established customer service levels are achieved at all times.
•Previous Leadership experience in a fast paced retail, food service or fuel environment.
•High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
•Customer service oriented, strong interpersonal skills. Effective communication skills
•Proficient use of computers including MS Word and Excel; working knowledge of internet and e-mail programs.
•Good 10-key and strong math skills. Good accuracy and attention to detail. Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure. Able to multi-task.
•Able to lift, carry, push/pull up to 50 pounds alone.
•Able to stand for long periods of time, up to 10-12 hours. Able to sweep/mop and maintain interior/exterior lots/ground and equipment; shovel snow.
•Able to enter and work in freezer and coolers at temperature of 10 degrees up to 30 minutes at a time. Able to tolerate exposure to gasoline fumes and cleaning products.
•Valid driver's license and insurable driving record required. Must maintain personal liability coverage on own vehicle.
•Required to work 50+ hours per week.
