Description:
Summary: Plans, directs, and coordinates assigned manufacturing operations activities by performing the following primary duties individually and/or through the team effort. Reports to the V.P. of Operations
Primary Duties:
• Develops and implements methods and procedures for the continuous improvement of the manufacturing activities
• Directs and promotes safety awareness and implements processes to ensure safety
• Directs and promotes the team effort in problem-solving and the sharing of information
• Provide common direction being responsive to the needs of the employee, coaching as needed
Requirements:
Requires five years minimum experience in manufacturing operations or 2 years of previous supervisory experience
