Bethany Home is looking for a proven nursing leader to direct the nursing care and service delivery at our Sioux Falls location. The successful candidate will lead a talented and dedicated nursing team whose focus is on achieving excellence in quality measures, resident satisfaction, and staff recruitment and retention. The Director of Nursing must possess solid organizational skills, team attitude, and total commitment to care giving. DON experience preferred. SD RN license and proven track record required.
