Alternative HRD provides professional HR managment and consulting to employers in the public, private and non-profit sectors.
We have clients in the Sioux Falls area - smaller employers - who need professional HR management on a part-time basis. We seek an individual with human resource generalist background...someone who has experience with recruiting, screening and hiring; job analysis and job descriptions; performance evaluation and managment; general compensation and benefits administration; as well as policy review and development.
This position is part-time, up to 25 to 30 hours per week, and would involve working with one or more of our business clients on a regular basis. There may be opportunities to work on short-term consulting projects, as well.
Requirements:
- BA/BS, plus 3-5 years HR management (generalist) exp.
- Well organized; detail oriented; problem solving abilities
- Stong computer skills; social media savvy
- Ability to relate professionally with business executives, managment and staff
