Description:
- Conduct over-the-phone customer surveys for sales, service and parts
- Collect customer responses and enter them in a CRM data base
- Communicate data to appropriate manager for immediate attention
- Talk with customers about added value items while on the phone
- Follow-up with customers via email
- Call equipment rental customers for scheduled maintenance
- Provide back-up support for the service administrator
- Update and maintain machine population list
- Assist with company-wide safety program
Requirements:
- Must have experience in the construction equipment, heavy-duty truck and parts industry
- Customer service
- Exceptional phone skills
- Proficient using a computer
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, data entry
- Organized
- Communicates well with others
- Able to work independantly
- Familiar with work orders prcedures and time card entries
- Working knowledge of a safety program
