Description:
Looking for a friendly, energetic, responsible person to effectively manage and lease multiple apartment complexes in Sioux Falls. This is a full time position.
Responsibilities include leasing apartments, screen applications, rent collections, scheduling maintenance, tenant retention, move in/out inspections, lease renewals and other office duties as well as some light cleaning as assigned. We are an established local business and we are looking for the right person to join our team.

Requirements:
Minimum of two years of property management experience with qualifying references available.
Friendly outgoing personality
Ability to handle conflict in a positive professional manner
Prior leasing experience
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong computer skills
