Description:
Growing Property Management Company seeks full time maintenance technician. Full time, $13/hour + DOE. Duties include but not limited to:Minor plumbing, electrical, hvac, snow removal, painting, small engine repair, carpentry and making apartment rent ready. Valid drivers license and car insurance required.
Compensation $13.00 or DOE. Most properties are in Sioux Falls and Eastern South Dakota.
