Description:
The Chiesman Foundation for Democracy and the Chiesman Center for Democracy, located in Rapid City, SD, are seeking an Executive Director to lead the nonpartisan nonprofit organization and its affiliated foundation promoting mission of greater awareness in democratic principles and responsibilities. The successful candidate will have experience in: leading and managing people, processes, and projects; strategic planning and development; financial management; fund development; non-profit governance; excellent written and verbal communication skills; and various levels of community involvement. Master’s Degree preferred in Business Administration, Public Administration, Public Policy, or a related field.
