Sioux Falls Federal Credit Union is expanding our mortgage department! We are looking for an experienced Mortgage Loan Underwriter.
Qualified candidates will possess
*Strong job knowledge and judgment skills
*Emphasis on maintaining a high level of quality of mortgage loan approvals
*Thorough understanding of underwriting criteria and guidelines for SDHDA, FHA, VA, RD and conventional loan programs.
Requirements:
We are looking for applicants with a minimum of 3 years recent mortgage lending underwriting experience, FHA delegated and VA LAPP approved, with a strong understanding of current regulations and guidelines.
