Equity Trust Company is hiring for our Client Service Center in our Sioux Falls office

The Client Service Representative handles incoming telephone calls from our clients around the country, educating them on the endless investment opportunities. Equity Trust Company is a passive custodian of these accounts, so there is no need for financial licenses. We are not advisors. The Client Service Representative is responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring the quality of each experience and call.
The hours of the job are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Primary Job Responsibilities/Functions:
-Responsible for assisting our clients with inquiries about building tax free wealth within their IRAs
-Provide knowledgeable answers with regard to IRS guidelines
-Accurately document client calls
-Solve issues and multitask while handling client calls
-Responsible for meeting and or exceeding the Support Center metrics
Essential Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
-High School Diploma required
-Associate’s Degree preferred
-Excellent client interaction and customer service skills
-Attention to detail
-Excellent phone etiquette
-Effective written and verbal communication
-Strong computer skills- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
-Financial services training is provided, but previous financial customer service is a plus
