Description:
Directs and Oversees Corporate Sales and Customer Service Functions. Areas of Focus Include:
- Identifies, develops, evaluates and manages sales and customer service strategies
- Coordinates training, management and communication with Outside Independent Sales Reps
- Establish and manage sales growth and objectives
- Oversees service to customers including order processing, quoting, product information/education, responding to general inquiries and customer concerns, etc
- Identifies customer driven markets and products, consulting with engineering on product development
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelors Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or other related field and/or 3-5 years in sales and/or customer service management.
