DESCRIPTION

Training class options:  June 19th or July 17th(Training is held Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm for 3 weeks.)


Customer Service Representative responsibilities include: receive inbound calls from customers making  installment loan payments, answering billing questions and responding to customer emails. 


What we offer:



  • Performance-based increases at 3 months & 12 months

  • Monthly bonus incentive up to $2.50/hr

  • $50/mo Perfect Attendance Award

  • $1.50/hr additional pay for hours worked past 5pm

  • $1.00/hr bilingual pay (english/spanish speaking)

  • Flexible schedule between 7am-7pm **we work with your availability**


 

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:
*2 years of professional experience
*solid work history over the last 3 years
*computer experience (professional setting) in the last 3 years
