DESCRIPTION

The Credit-Correspondence Representative is responsible for responding to daily correspondence requests, covering credit related phone calls, and serving in a back-up capacity for front desk & fraud calls. Minimum of one year of credit card experience and experience with Microsoft Office (primarily Word and Excel) required.

The hours of the position are between 7:00am and 9:00p.m. (mainly 12:30-9:00pm), Monday through Friday with every other weekend coverage.

REQUIREMENTS
Experience with Microsoft Office (primarily Word and Excel) required.
